livy is the king's younger brother, second to the thrown AND A BIT BATSHIT
he needs a half sister to lust after
Livy has never been out side the mountains and is kind of a pet... that no one really trusts to leave alone. I based him partly off of Commodus from the movie gladiator.
His sister i think would need to be someone kind of soft spoken, kind, and tolerant to an extent though i'd prefer if she didn't reciprocate his sibling love xD
